LiveActive will focus on a wide variety of instructor-lead classes. Our classrooms are equipped with Hearing Loop systems that function with programmable t-coil hearing aides, and inter-locking 3/8" rubber flooring adds comfort and protection to our programs. Our Cybex treadmills and various cardio units are equipped with individual TVs for personal channel selection. Our floor attendants monitor all work out areas and provide watchful training that adapts to every person's physical situations.
Along with classes ranging from Functionally Fit to indoor cycling, and chair yoga to advanced aerobics, our programming can be geared to large and small group sizes. We also anticipate periodic educational workshops, "Lunch & Learn" programs, product demonstrations, etc., all within a fun, social environment.
