Balanced Barre: This class combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Come build strength, balance and flexibility in this dynamic class. LEVEL 2 & 3
Chair Yoga: All your favorite yoga poses performed in or around your chair. Don’t worry, you’ll stay off the floor for this one! LEVEL 1 & 2
Function, Fitness, & Fun 1: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated and standing support. LEVEL 1
Function, Fitness, & Fun 2: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are alternated with low-impact, aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. LEVEL 2
Indoor Cycling 30: Join us for 30 minutes of a fun, non-impact group cycling workout that is safe for anyone. LEVEL 1 & 2 & 3
Indoor Cycling 45: Join us for 45 minutes of a fun, non-impact group cycling workout that is safe for anyone. LEVEL 2 & 3
Instructor’s Choice: Variety is the key. The instructor will choose different options for Friday class. Options may include: step, Zumba, drums toning etc. Level 2 & 3
Step: The step platform is used with various rhythmic combinations. Level 3
Muscle Up: 45 minutes of muscle conditioning using weights, balls etc. Level 3
Retro Low to Go: Low impact aerobics at its best. Enjoy grapevines, hustles and other timeless retro moves. LEVEL 2 & 3
Yoga: We are taking yoga to the next level in this class that involves mat exercises and yoga poses on the floor. LEVEL 2 & 3
Rock Steady Boxing: This class is designed to help combat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. A variety of fitness activities, voice training, fine motor skills are combined with boxing.
